We hired Rick with Semper Fi BBQ LLC for our farmhouse wedding on the fourth of July weekend. We could not have made a better choice! Rick and his wife are amazing to work with, very professional but also provide a family type feeling to the whole experience. These two invited us to their house for dinner to try their amazing options and to make our selections. Rick worked with us to solidify a spread that would accommodate all guests. His smoker is a piece of art and his pallet is first class. We had some weather challenges on the big day and Rick kept his cool and worked with us to find some solutions resulting in mouth watering ribs, chicken and pulled pork - along with a plethora of delicious sides. Had Rick for our open house party of 70 people. Was fantastic food and all my guests loved the variety. We had ribs, pulled pork and chicken.
